We buy directly from three Cầu Đất farms and pay above market rates so growers can farm with confidence.

Our story

It started with a 3kg roaster in a garage

Hạt Nâu began in 2018 with a 3kg roaster at home, after we realized we could not find a genuinely clean cup of coffee within walking distance.

Seven years later, we still roast in small batches and write the roast date on every bag. The only thing that changed is how many people now join us each morning.
